Notes: - The app saves records locally in the browser for offline use on SIM-card handheld devices and admin PCs. - The top bar shows Online or Offline status and the number of pending cloud sync items. - The top bar shows Last Saved confirmation and time after any saved entry. - Tab search stays inside the current page, and every save, update, delete, restore, scan, backup and settings change shows a confirmation message. - Mobile header aligns the TAS-SAMS logo, powered-by text, admin label, online/save status, panic backup and logout buttons in fixed rows. - Mobile dashboard statistic cards now center the labels, numbers and notes for cleaner phone viewing. - Dashboard hero and access-pass preview are now shorter with smaller text so the right and left dashboard panels sit at a cleaner matching height. - Dashboard statistic cards now display as thin three-across rows on desktop with smaller label, number and note text. - Record tables now keep proper table width and scroll inside the panel instead of squeezing words on top of each other. - Contractor and worker forms now use smaller labels and inputs with a stable right-panel width to avoid overlapping fields. - Process-flow circles now center their content with smaller heading and body text. - Dashboard hero and stat cards now appear only on Dashboard, so other sections open cleanly without duplicate top content. - Main section tables now share the same scroll-safe record-table layout across workers, contractors, training, compliance, permits, visitors and attendance. - Navigation and detail cards are tighter with controlled text flow to avoid tabs and explanatory cards sitting on top of each other. - Mobile scanner panels now center labels and inputs, stack action buttons, and prevent form controls from running off screen. - Mobile forms now force labels, inputs, date/time fields and file upload controls to fit inside the phone screen. - Mobile panels, tables, scanner boxes and file controls now prevent page-wide horizontal overflow and keep content centered. - Mobile tables now wrap text inside the phone screen, shrink table action buttons, and keep desktop report/print blocks hidden from phone view. - Mobile Reports now render only the desktop-only notice and do not build the long report tables on phones. - Fold-sized 7.6-inch screens up to 920px wide now follow the same mobile rules, so long reports and desktop tables stay hidden there too. - Mobile login token field now stacks the label and rounded token input cleanly with spacing. - Desktop login token field now keeps a small gap between the Test Drive Token label and the rounded token input. - Mobile PPE scanner and desktop-only notice boxes now share the same inset and width inside the PPE panel. - Mobile visitor scanner now uses the same aligned inset and width as the PPE scanner panel. - Training record cards now keep status, Delete and days-left on one inline row. - Visitor cards now show purpose next to the expiry date in the detail line. - Report drilldown headings now have inner padding so titles like Blocked do not clip on tablet/mobile screens. - Report statistic cards now center labels, numbers and notes inside the rounded cards. - Contractor report removes narrow expiry and LOGS number columns so records sit cleaner in the available width. - Table action buttons for the same record now stack vertically in one action column to prevent wide rows. - Report tables now use smaller text, one-line headings, non-wrapping phone/email cells and a combined Induction Date/Expiry column. - Worker Compliance report now shows only worker-specific reasons; contractor audit and safety-file reasons stay in Contractors. - Contractor report no longer includes Employee Photos; photos stay in the Worker Compliance section. - Contractor report now places Tel and Email under the contractor name and removes the separate Phone and Email columns to close table gaps. - Reports are hidden on mobile and show an "Available on desktop only" message; report viewing, printing and downloads stay on the admin PC. - Large create/edit areas for workers, contractors, training records, permits, visitors, settings and admin users are desktop-only on mobile to prevent long landscape layouts. - Mobile keeps field-use actions available: access scanning, visitor scanning, PPE scanning, panic backup and perimeter camera opening. - Mobile keeps dashboard statistics, diagrams, process-flow cards and operational cards visible for quick site use. - Dashboard process cards now stop at the access/audit flow. Panic Backup and Perimeter Cameras are separate operational tool cards with activate, open and configure buttons. - Dashboard summary cards no longer repeat the process flow numbers. - Duplicate dashboard process summary section removed completely; only one numbered process flow remains. - Header logo, powered-by text, user label, online status, save status and action buttons now start from the left margin. - After saving an entry, the app moves back to the start of the current section and places focus at the first control. - Top-bar status is arranged with Powered by Sivuno and iQAudit next to the logged-in user, and Online / Last Saved beside Panic Backup. - Report table headings now wrap cleanly into controlled two-line labels and columns are widened to prevent overlap. - Report cells now wrap long text inside the column and use shorter audit/safety-file wording to save space in print preview. - Report printing is fixed to show the printable report area and use A4 landscape layout. - General report printing no longer includes the individual access pass preview; print individual passes from the worker Pass button. - Report stat cards are clickable and show the matching approved, blocked, permit, contractor, training, visitor or PPE records. - Worker Compliance report now shows the site/project name above the report summary instead of repeating a Site column inside the table. - Report, pass and sticker dates now use short date format such as 01.07.26 to save print space. - Worker photos can be captured from the device camera/gallery and appear on access passes and employee-related reports. - Contractor reports show contractor-level compliance only; worker photos stay in the Worker Compliance section. - Clicking any tab or section shortcut moves the cursor/view to the start of that section. - If the SIM/network is unavailable, local records continue saving and cloud backup requests are queued for retry. - Use Settings > Retry Pending Sync when the SIM/network connection is restored. - Backup JSON downloads can be saved manually. - Backup to Cloud posts to api/backup.php and saves files under private-data/backups on the hosting account. - Each tab includes operating guidance and required record details for site access control. - Each tab has its own page link using the URL hash, for example #workers, #attendance and #settings. - Dashboard now follows the TAS-SAMS process flow from security gate arrival, ID verification, document verification, site induction, access-item issue, daily QR/PPE verification, access granted, work duties, monitoring and audits. - Reports can be printed and downloaded as CSV files. - Attendance scanning supports hardware scanner input, camera barcode scanning where supported, barcode image upload, and ID/photo evidence capture. - Contractors can be created first, then employees can be linked to the contractor they fall under. - Contractor records include Safety File status/expiry and Letter of Good Standing status/number/expiry. - Contractor audit scores below 60% block access, and unapproved/expired safety files lock out the contractor and linked employees. - Panic Backup button records a security event, downloads a local backup and attempts cloud backup immediately. - Perimeter camera connection settings can store and open the camera system URL from Settings. - Contractor safety-file audit score, safety file and Letter of Good Standing controls are restricted; changes require password TAS-SAMS01. - All delete actions require password TAS-SAMS01. - Employees are automatically blocked when induction was not attended, induction expired, or licence expired. - Training Records track certificate issue/expiry dates and alert 30 days before expiry. - Induction and visitor stickers print through the browser print dialog; choose the connected colour printer on the admin PC or handheld device. - For production, change the default admin password and restrict access to backup files using hosting permissions. - Login hides the duplicate standalone TAS-SAMS heading below the logo on desktop and mobile. - Desktop login card is reduced further so the logo, login fields and test-drive token fit better before scrolling. - Mobile login now opens a clean gap between the test-drive token input and the token button. - Mobile PPE keeps the scanner available but hides the long PPE findings table to prevent horizontal overflow. - Admin Users can create expiring Test Drive Tokens for prospective clients. - The login screen accepts a Test Drive Token and creates temporary access until the set expiry date. - Test Drive Tokens can be copied or sent by email from the Admin Users page.
